From factory floors to AI-integrated CRMs.
Designed and shipped an end-to-end CRM with an embedded real-time AI assistant, in production for the Nutralis brand. Not a feature dropped on top of someone else's platform. It was the whole system, from the data model up. The AI sits inside the CRM, sees live customer state, and acts on it in real-time. Backend architecture, integration points, data flows, the assistant surface. All of it shipped, all of it in daily use.
Hands-on network and systems work. The part of the stack most developers happily ignore. Maintaining live networks, troubleshooting infrastructure, keeping production environments quietly running. I write code for a living, but I also know what's actually happening when a packet leaves a NIC and traverses three switches to reach a service. That kind of literacy changes how you design the layers above it.
A full summer embedded in a professional engineering team in Ljubljana. Not interning, not running tutorials. Shipping production Vue.js code on top of a Neo4j graph database, building data visualisation tooling with vis.js. At 17, this was the proof point: I could hold my own in a room of senior engineers and contribute code that made it into the product. The first real reps of doing the job, not learning it.
First real job, at 16, on the production line of one of Slovenia's largest caravan manufacturers. Most kids that age were at the beach. I was clocking in, doing shifts, and earning my own money. The work itself wasn't technical. Just hours of repetitive, physical labour. But it taught me the most underrated skill there is: show up, do the work, get paid. That instinct still shows up in everything I build.
A few things I've shipped recently.
